cable installation (approximately 700 Miles, 95 % underground.)

The location and marking of existing utility (Gas, Electric, Telecom, Water,
Sewer and etc.) lines to insure that none are cut during the installation

removal of old wiring is in compliance with appropriate OSHA Standards

With appropriate historical and archeology organizations to insure that no
protected areas are disturbed

The Government procured the Fiber for this task under an existing material
contract

Responsibility to procure most of the remaining material required to support
both inside and outside cable plant installation.
